If you plan to use a Fiscal Sponsor, create your account with the lead applicant who has authority to apply on behalf of the artist or group, not your fiscal sponsor. You will upload your Fiscal Sponsor Agreement as part of your application. If awarded, you will transfer the application to your fiscal sponsor.
